Laboratory enrichments and metatranscriptomic analysis of Phoenicimicrobium oleiphilum from crude oil-, hexadecane-, eicosane-, and triacontane-enriched samples. The laboratory enrichments were performed in anoxic PRM at 55 °C with oily sludge as inoculum. The supplementary substrates were added by 1 ml/L hexadecane, 2 ml/L eicosane, 0.6 g/L triacontane, and 200 g/L oily sludge, respectively
